(Prior art) Conventionally, according to Utility Model Publication No. 46-32432, a cylindrical projection was provided on the ground contact surface of the sole of a shoe, a metal stud was placed in the center of the cylindrical projection, and the tip was attached to the cylindrical projection. An anti-slip sole has been proposed that is attached by protruding slightly lower than the tip and embedding the base in the sole. These soles have good anti-slip properties as the tips of the spikes pierce the walking surface, such as snow or ice, when walking, but they also have good anti-slip properties when walking on snow, ice, etc.
When these soles are used on floors covered with PVC, rubber artificial turf, etc., or on golf courses, they have the disadvantage that the spikes can seriously damage the floor or turf.

(Means for solving the problem) This invention will be explained below with reference to the drawings.
A cylindrical suction cup protrusion 11, 11... is provided integrally with the rubber sole body 1 on the contact surface of the rubber sole body 1, which has a hardness of 65 to 75 according to JISK6301 spring type hardness test type A, and the cylindrical suction cup At the center of the protrusions 11, 11..., rubber studs 2, 2... with a hardness of 85 to 95 according to JISK6301 spring type hardness test type A are attached, and the tips 21, 21... are attached to the tips 111 of the cylindrical suction cup protrusions. ,
The invention provides an anti-slip shoe sole characterized in that the sole is protruded at approximately the same height as 111, or slightly lower than that, and the base portions 22, 22... are embedded and attached in the sole body 1. This is a summary. In this invention, the hardness of the rubber sole body 1 according to JISK6301 spring type hardness test Type A (hereinafter simply referred to as hardness) is limited to 65 to 75.If the hardness is less than that, the cylindrical suction cup protrusion 11, The compressive deformability of the cylindrical suction cup protrusions 11, 11... becomes too large and the landing stability during use decreases, and if the hardness exceeds this, the compressive deformability of the cylindrical suction cup protrusions 11, 11... becomes too small, resulting in a decrease in landing stability during use. In addition, the cylindrical suction cup protrusions 11, 11... cannot be compressed and deformed enough to make the rubber studs 2, 2... protrude from the ground surface, and the rubber studs 2, 2... 2...
This is because the grip on the ground is reduced, and the anti-slip properties of the sole are reduced.

In this invention, the hardness of the rubber studs 2, 2...
The reason for limiting the hardness to 85 to 95 is that if the hardness is lower than that, the compressive deformability of the rubber studs 2, 2... will be too large, the grip on the ground will be reduced, and the anti-slip property of the sole will be reduced. If the hardness is higher than that, it will easily damage the floor, grass, etc., and when used on hard surfaces such as asphalt, concrete, tiles, etc., when landing, the rubber studs 2, 2... This is because the pushing pressure from the ground against the sole of the foot increases, which has the disadvantage of reducing the feeling of wearing such as walking and running performance. In this invention, the rubber studs 2,
2 may be formed independently, but a plurality of inverted truncated cone-shaped rubber studs 2, 2... may be formed in series through the plate portion 20, so that they can be formed at the time of forming the sole body. This is set in the mold 3 by fitting the tips 21, 21... of the studs into the holding holes 31, 31... formed on the bottom of the mold, and the sole body molding material is introduced into the mold cavity 30. ,
This is heated and pressurized to form the sole body 1, and together with the stud bases 21, 21..., the plate part 20
By embedding them in the sole body 1, a large number of studs 2, 2, etc. can be set in the mold cavity 30 at the same time, and moreover, the studs 2, 2,... move when the sole body 1 is molded. The shoe sole formed in this way has a plurality of rubber studs 2, 2 formed in series through the plate part 20, and the base parts 22, 22... of the shoe sole formed in this way. Since the portion 20 is embedded in the sole body 1, the strength of embedding the rubber studs 2, 2... in the sole body 1 can be significantly increased, and when in use, either of the rubber studs 2, 2... Since the thrusting pressure applied from the ground can be widely distributed to the sole body 1 via the plate portion 20, the thrusting pressure applied to the sole of the foot can be further alleviated. In this invention, the rubber studs 2, 2... may be attached to protrude from all of the cylindrical suction cup protrusions 11, 11... provided on the ground surface of the sole body 1; The heel area requires

(Operations and Effects of the Invention) As described above, this invention uses rubber studs 2, 2 instead of metal studs, so it is lightweight and the compression deformability of the rubber itself alleviates the upward pressure on the sole of the foot. It is comfortable to wear when used, including walking and running properties, and is suitable for boards, tiles, linoleum,
Will not damage grass on floors made of PVC, rubber, artificial turf, etc. or on golf courses. Furthermore, during use, the cylindrical suction cup protrusions 11, 11 formed integrally with the rubber sole 1 are compressed by the landing pressure, and the suction cup effect grips the ground and protrudes from the center. rubber studs 2,2
Since the tips 21, 21... of... are exposed to the ground and pressed against the ground, the sole has good grip on the ground and has excellent anti-slip properties. still,
Reference numeral 201 in the drawings indicates an anchor hole drilled in the plate portion 20.
