Claims (1)
- 軸受を介して回動自在に支持したミラーの揺動
側端縁若しくはその近傍に永久磁石を固着し、こ
の永久磁石の磁界領域内に永久磁石と対向させて
各々反発磁界発生用のコイルと、強磁性材料から
なる復帰部材とを設けたことを特徴とする光ビー
ム偏向器。
