入部には、前記螺軸の外端部に夫々螺嵌させたナ

を備えた係止部材を嵌合固定し、前記ターンバツ
クルを覆う位置に固定された凹入溝カバーには、
当該ターンバツクルを定位置で回転のみ可能に係
止するターンバツクル移動止めと当該ターンバツ
クルの回転操作窓とを設けた点にある。
