び噴流工程を実行する。そのため、前記加圧ポン
プ8の吸入側配管に3方弁(電動弁若しくは手動
弁)を取付け、又、該加圧ポンプ8の吐出側配管
にも3方弁(電動弁若しくは手動弁)を取付け、
前記各3方弁で管路の切り替えを行う。
