Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform ceiling wiring work reliably in a short time and to make it possible to utilize a ceiling wiring board as a scaffold by arranging an electric wiring on a rigid board member and disposing it on the upper face side of a housing unit. CONSTITUTION:A rigid board member 8 is composed of wood, plaster or synthetic resin and has strength high enough not to be broken even when a person rides thereon. Various electric wiring is built in the rigid board member 8 thus manufacturing a ceiling wiring board 7. Upon finish of work, the ceiling wiring board 7 is arranged on the upper face side of a housing unit which is then mounted, as it is, on the rear body of a truck. When the unit is covered with a sheet, the ceiling wiring board 7 is utilized as a scaffold. According to the method, ceiling wiring work can be performed reliably in a short time and the ceiling wiring board can be utilized as a scaffold.

A large number of various housing units are manufactured at the factory, and these housing units are transported to the site by truck. At this time, sheets are placed over the housing units placed on the truck bed, but in order to prevent damage to the housing units when workers climb on top of them, conventionally plate-shaped scaffolding was used to cover the joists of the housing units. It may be placed on top.

A large number of housing units transported to the site are placed on the foundation using a crane, with scaffolding placed on the top side. Thereafter, a worker climbs onto the scaffold and performs work to connect the plurality of housing units. After completion of a given task, the scaffolding is removed from the housing unit and taken back to the factory or disposed of on site.

The above-mentioned unit construction method is not rational because the unit assembly and ceiling wiring work are done on the same line.

Moreover, the ceiling wiring work can only be done after the joists have been installed, and in addition, the wiring work is troublesome because the electric wires must be run between multiple joists. Further, since the wiring is made up of a large number of intertwined electric wires, when the scaffolding flaps due to the shaking of the truck during transportation of the housing unit, the electric wires will rub against the scaffolding. Furthermore, when the unit is placed on the foundation by a crane, the electric wires may rub against the scaffolding. When electric wires rub, not only does on-site maintenance become troublesome, but it can also lead to electrical leakage accidents. Furthermore, the used scaffolding must be removed from the housing unit, which is also cumbersome.

According to this embodiment, the ceiling wiring board 7 for a housing unit is manufactured by incorporating the electrical wiring 9 into the rigid plate member 8, and the ceiling wiring board 7 is placed on the upper side of the housing unit. The wiring work can be done without waiting for the installation of the joist 5 to the upper beam 3, and the wiring work on the ceiling, and by extension,
Manufacturing time for housing units can be reduced. Also, it is rational because wiring work can be done on a separate line from the unit manufacturing line. Moreover, since there is no need to run the electrical wiring 9 between the plurality of joists 5, the wiring work is simple. Moreover, even if the ceiling wiring base 7 flutters due to the shaking of the truck when transporting the housing unit to the site by truck, or the ceiling wiring base 7 rubs against the joists 5 when the housing unit is suspended by a crane. However, the electrical wiring 9 is not damaged. Therefore, on-site maintenance of the electrical wiring 9 is not required, and electrical leakage accidents do not occur. Moreover, the ceiling wiring board 7 can also be used as a scaffold. Therefore, there is no need to prepare a separate scaffold, and furthermore, the conventional work of removing a used scaffold can be omitted.
