いて、ポンプ本体の側壁にアクチユエータの低圧
室を閉鎖するよう、ばね座を備えた案内筒を結合
し、案内筒にばね座を貫通してピストンに当接す
るU字体を支持し、U字体に結合した検出ロツド
と案内筒の端壁との間に弱いばねを介装したこと
