PURPOSE:To provide a heater device for a toilet which can be less expensive in price and can be conveniently used by a method wherein a heater and a fan motor are controlled in such a way as when a room heating is ON, a detected room temperature and the first set temperature coincide with each other and in turn when the room heating is OFF, the room temperature and the second set temperature coincide with each other. CONSTITUTION:A control part 7 controls a heater 1 and a fan motor 2 in such a way as a room temperature detected by the first room temperature sensing part 4 and a temperature detected by a room temperature setting part coincide with each other when a room heating operation is ON and further the control part 7 controls the heater 1 and the fan motor 2 in such a way as the room temperature detected by the room temperature sensing part 3 and the temperature set by the second room temperature setting part 5 coincide with each other.
