Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the leakage of steam or the improper discharge of drain by applying the constitution wherein valve and valve seat sections are formed between a plate member so laid in an orifice chamber as to be freely slidable and the inner surface of a trap casing, and the aforesaid valve and valve seat sections are opened and closed with the deformation of a temperature sensitive member. CONSTITUTION:A plate member 7 is so laid in an orifice chamber 6 as to be freely slidable, and an orifice 8 is provided at the center of the member 7. Gaps 7a to 7f are formed between the external surface of the plate member 7 and the internal surface of a trap casing, while a coiled shape memory alloy 9 is provided between the plate member 7 and the side end of the outlet 5 of the orifice chamber 6. A ring valve seat member 10 is fixed to the side end of the orifice chamber 6 of an inlet member 1 for forming a valve seat section, and the flat section 11 of the plate member 7 opposite thereto is formed as a valve section. When a drain inflow has low temperature, the shape memory alloy 9 is not deformed and the plate member 7 is separated from the valve seat member 10. With a decrease in the amount of the drain inflow, however, the temperature of the inflow rises, and the plate member 7 comes to be seated on the valve seat member 10, thereby allowing the discharge of drain from an inlet 4 only through the orifice 8.

The generation of condensate is unavoidable in steam-using equipment and steam piping systems, and so-called steam traps have been used to automatically remove the generated condensate as appropriate. These steam traps have been used such as float-type steam traps that open and close valves by detecting the difference in specific gravity between steam and condensate using a float, and disk-type steam traps that utilize the difference in thermodynamic properties between steam and condensate. However, these traps require floats, disc valves, etc.
If the number of parts increases or the mechanism becomes complex, and if used for a long period of time, it may malfunction and leak steam, or conversely, condensate may not be able to be discharged even though condensate is being generated. Ta.

An orifice trap is a device in which an orifice of relatively small diameter is attached horizontally or vertically to the end of a drain discharge pipe, and a fixed amount of drain is continuously discharged. It has a simple structure that just attaches an orifice member with a small diameter orifice, and by appropriately selecting the orifice diameter that matches the amount of drainage generated, it can be used as a trap for steam leakage and poor drainage. .

Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention In the conventional orifice trap described above, - When a fixed amount of condensate continuously flows in, it is necessary to discharge only that condensate so as not to cause steam leakage, or to change the amount of condensate flowing in. In other words, if the condensate inflow rate was less than the downstream flow rate of the constant orifice, steam would leak, and conversely, if the condensate inflow rate was greater than the downstream flow rate of the constant orifice, the condensate would stagnate. . this is,
This is because the diameter of the first nozzle in the orifice trap is a fixed value, and the amount of tren generated varies between the initial start-up and steady operation of the steam-using equipment.

Means for Solving the Problems The technical means of the present invention taken to solve the above-mentioned technical problems is to form an inlet, an orifice chamber, and an outlet in a trap casing, and to form one or more orifices in the orifice chamber. In a device that is provided with an orifice and discharges the drain to the outside, the first nozzle is formed in a plate-like member, and a temperature-responsive member is disposed between the plate-like member and the inner surface of the trap casing, and the plate-like member is connected to the orifice. The device is slidably arranged in a room, and a valve/valve seat is formed between the plate member and the inner surface of the trap casing, and the valve/valve seat is opened and closed by deformation of the temperature responsive member.

作用 上記の技術的手段の作用は下記の通りである。action The operation of the above technical means is as follows.

When steam-using equipment is initially started up, the temperature of the equipment drops to room temperature, and a large amount of low-temperature condensate is generated. When the train is at a low temperature, the temperature-responsive member in the orifice trap is deformed, and the valve/valve seat portion formed between the plate member and the inner surface of the trap casing is open. Therefore, the large amount of low-temperature tranny generated is quickly discharged through the open valve, the valve seat, and the orifice provided in the plate member.

As the temperature of the steam-using equipment that is discharged from the low-temperature train gradually rises, the amount of train generated (decreases and its temperature also rises. When the temperature of the train rises to a predetermined value, the temperature-responsive member deforms and the plate As the plate-shaped member slides, the valve/valve seat is closed, and the torrent is discharged only through the orifice provided in the plate-shaped member. Therefore, the steam-using equipment is in a steady state, and the amount of torne generated is small. Even if the amount is low, only the condensate can be discharged without leaking steam.

Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, even if the amount of train flowing into the orifice trap fluctuates, the plate member slides inside the orifice chamber to open and close the valve/valve seat. By adjusting the flow rate, it is possible to prevent steam leakage and poor discharge of the drain.

A ring-shaped valve seat member 10 made of synthetic resin or synthetic rubber is fixed to the end of the inlet member 1 on the side of the orifice chamber 6 to form a valve seat. In addition, the valve seat member]O can be replaced by improving the finishing accuracy of the relevant part of the inlet member 1 without making it from a separate material. A flat portion 11 of the plate member 7 facing the valve seat member 10 constitutes a valve portion. Reference numeral 12 designates an orifice cleaning rod having a Y-shaped cross section and having one end fixed to the outlet member 2 and the other end formed to be able to freely pass through the orifice 8 .

When steam-using equipment is initially started up, a large amount of low-temperature condensate is first generated and flows into the orifice trap. When the inflow drain is at a low temperature, the shape memory alloy 9 does not deform (the state shown in FIG. 1), and the plate member 7 is separated from the valve seat member 10.

It is quickly discharged through c, d, e, and f. In this case, an orifice cleaning rod 12 is inserted through the orifice 8 (as shown in Figure 1), and is used to clean foreign matter such as rust and carbon scale in the drain that has accumulated in the first orifice 8. The conical portion 8a reaches the bottom of the orifice chamber 6.

As the low-temperature torrent is discharged and the amount of torrent flowing into the orifice trap decreases, its temperature rises, and when it reaches a predetermined temperature, the shape memory alloy 9 expands, and the plate-like member 7
is seated on the valve seat member 10, and the orifice cleaning rod 1
2 is also located on the outlet 5 side of the orifice 8 , so that the torrent from the inlet 4 is discharged only through the orifice 8 . Therefore,
The passage area is no longer larger than necessary, and there is no opening for leaking steam.
