形状の空間内に、開閉可能な仕切部材を介し便器
を備えたトイレ空間と、シヤワー設備を備えたシ
ヤワールーム空間を出入可能に区画形成し、前記
仕切部材の一端側に前記トイレ空間と前記シヤワ
ールーム空間の各コーナー部を形成する断面略三
角形状の隠蔽空間を形成し、該隠蔽空間内に貯水
タンク、給水管等を配設するとともに、前記シヤ
ワールーム空間の床面を前記トイレ空間の床面よ

せ住宅空間を効率良く使用することができ、内部
のシヤワールーム空間内で良好にシヤワーを浴び
ることができ、この時に飛散するシヤワー水はト
イレ床面が一段高く形成されているためトイレの
床面を濡らすことが少なく、又、仕切部材により
飛散水が防止される。又、仕切部材を開けてシヤ
ワールーム側からトイレ内に出入りすることがで
き、使用勝手が良好なものとなる。しかも、トイ
レ空間とシヤワールーム空間の間には断面三角形
状の隠蔽空間がコンパクトに形成されており、こ
の空間を利用して便器用の貯水タンク及び給水管
等をコンパクトに配設することができ、全体を極
めてスツキリとした外観のコンパクトな形状のシ
