による2重打ちを防止し、第2フツク部材とピン
とによつて、ノーズ先端を対象物に押し付けない
でトリガーを引いた状態で安全機構の後退を可能
にしてタツチトリツプ打込みを可能にしつつノー
ズ先端を対象物へ押し付けてトリガーを引いた状
態ではフツク部分がピンを保持して安全機構の復
帰を阻止して反動による2重打ちを防止し、更
に、ピンをいずれのフツク部材にも協働しない位
置に移動させて、熟練の作業者には両打込み方式
を可能にしつつ連続的な打込みを可能にしてい
る。すなわち、本発明によれば、2つのフツク部
材と棒状のピンとを組合わせてピンの位置を選択
するだけで、上記3つの作業モードの内の1つの
モードで釘の打込みをすることができる。

【特許請求の範囲】 1 等間隔に釘を保持した釘保持ストリツプを案
内して釘をノーズの打込部に一本ずつ送り込む釘
送り機構と、トリガーを引くことによりノーズ打
込部の釘をノーズ先端を通して対象物へ打込む釘
打込み機構と、ノーズ先端からトリガーまで延び
ており、ノーズ先端が対象物へ押し付けられたと
きにのみ後退して前記トリガーの動作を有効にす
る安全機構とを備えた釘打機において、トリガー
の両側面にトリガーと共に旋回するよう取付けら
れた第1フツク部材及び第2フツク部材と、これ
らのフツク部材に隣接する位置で前記安全機構に
取付けられ、いずれかのフツク部材に協働する位
置に選択的に移動できるピンとを備え、前記第1
フツク部材は剛性の板状体で成り、該第1フツク
部材は、前記ピンが協働位置にあるとき、ノーズ
先端を対象物へ押し付けないでトリガーを引いた
状態では先端がピンに当接して安全機構の後退を
阻止する位置にあり且つノーズ先端を対象物へ押
し付け安全機構を後退させてトリガーを引いた状
態ではフツク部分がピンを保持して安全機構の後
退を阻止する位置にあり、前記第2フツク部材は
ばね弾性を有する板状体で成り、該第2フツク部
材は、前記ピンが協働位置にあるとき、ノーズ先
端を対象物に押し付けないでトリガーを引いた状
態ではフツク部分と先端との間の側面がピンによ
つて側方へ押され安全機構の後退を可能にする位
置にあり且つノーズ先端を対象物へ押し付けてト
リガーを引いた状態ではフツク部分がピンを保持
して安全機構の復帰を阻止する位置にあり、前記
ピンは棒状に形成されてトリガーに隣接する位置
で前記安全機構を横切る方向に移動可能に取付け
られ、いずれのフツク部材にも協働しない位置に
移動させることができることを特徴とする釘打
