[Detailed description of the invention] Industrial field of application This invention is a method for attaching and fixing jewelry, etc., to a thin-walled metal hollow body having no openings, such as a sphere, an elliptical sphere, a heart-shaped body, or any other suitable shape. It is related to accessories.

Conventional Technology Conventionally, hollow metal earrings, brooches, tie pins, and other accessories of this kind, which are hollow spheres, are usually made of gold, silver, platinum, or other precious metals, or metals such as metal plating or brass. Since it is a thin item and is necessarily used as an accessory, it is not suitable for practical use if it is too large, and it is made of expensive precious metal, so it is necessary to use as little material as possible. Since it is required to be light enough to be worn on the body without causing any problems, it is necessarily small to some extent (a diameter of approximately 3 mm to 30 mm is most commonly used).
It is also hollow, thin, and lightweight.
For this reason, for example, even if you attach it to the surface of this type of hollow body using a method such as a rouzuke, the hollow body is small and thin, so it will easily peel off and fall off during use. Even if you try to do so, the air inside the hollow body expands and deforms due to the heating during waxing, and the air pressure causes the jewels etc. that have been attached to the hollow body to be blown off and fall off, or even if they are attached again. However, since the hollow body is thin, sufficient adhesion force cannot be obtained, and it will fall off if it comes into contact with something even slightly hard during use.It is common knowledge in the industry that jewelry, etc. cannot be attached to this type of hollow body. For this reason, methods such as making the inside of the sphere solid or providing an opening for venting air were used.

Problems that the invention aims to solve Conventionally, even if a hole is made in a thin hollow body to attach jewelry, etc., the air inside expands due to heating during waxing and the air blows out, or it is difficult to attach and fix it at all costs. However, since the hollow body is thin, sufficient adhesion force cannot be obtained, and it is not possible to obtain a hollow body to which jewelry, etc. is attached and fixed so as to have sufficient adhesion force to a satisfactory degree so that it will not fall off easily. There was.

Effects of the invention Since the invention is constructed as described above, no matter how thin the hollow body is, no matter how thin the hollow sphere is, no matter what shape it is, or even if the diameter is small, jewelry etc. can be easily and firmly attached. It has the effect of being able to be fixed.

Furthermore, since the air vent gap 5 is provided between the through hole 2 and the fixing rod 3, even if the hollow body is heated from the outside surface to prevent waxing, the heated and expanded air is easily exhausted to the outside. Because of this, there is no fear that the hollow body will be deformed due to the air pressure inside it heated and expanded, or that the fixing rod will be blown off and fall off.
