Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は道路ライン施工機等に用いられるガラ
スビーズ散布装置において、散布巾を可変にする
機能を簡単な手段で散布装置本体に組込んだこと
を特徴とするガラスビーズ散布装置に係わるもの
である。一般に道路ライン施工機において溶着ぺ
イントを塗布した直後ガラスビーズを散布し、そ
の光反射を利用し道路標示を夜間でも明瞭にする
方法が採用されているが、従来かかる装置におい
て散布巾を変更する場合、ガラスビーズをいれる
ケース及びローラー又はスリツトを持つ吐出機構
を、夫々散布巾に合せたものに付替えていたた
め、非常に手間がかかりまた数種類もの装置を用
意する必要があり、そのため費用もかかつてい
た。本考案は散布巾が100mm,150mm,200mm,300
mm,…450mm等固定された寸法であることに着目
し、遮蔽板を上下させることの出来る調整ネジを
具備した簡単な複数の遮蔽板を、吐出口付近に、
その横全巾にわたつて連続して設ける事により、
安易に且つ安価に目的を達成すべく工夫されたも
のである。

てコネクトロツド6を連結させるクラツチを内蔵
したクラツチボツクス、8はクラツチレバー、9
はクラツチレバー8と連動するアーム、10はガ
ラスビーズを貯蔵するタンク、11はハンドル、
12はガラスビーズタンクより散布装置5に送り
