Abstract

PURPOSE:To ensure contact with the teeth of a slide fastener chain and to cope with a high current density by embedding innumerable metallic wires radially in the disk of an elastomer, bending the wire tip and exposing the tips flush with the peripheral surface of the disk. CONSTITUTION:A disk 2 formed with an elastomer of urethane resin, etc., is fixed to the periphery of a feeder shaft 1, and a duty tooth guide groove 3 is provided at the center of the entire peripheral surface of the disk 2 in its cross direction. A conductor 4a consisting of innumerable metallic wires is embedded in the disk 2 at the center in the cross direction, and each wire 4a is connected to each feeder shaft 1 and radially extended. The tip of the wire 4a is bent forward or backward in the rotating direction of the disk 2, and bent tip surfaces are exposed flush with the bottom surface of the groove 3, and a feeder surface 5 is formed by the tip surfaces of the exposed wires 4a. By using this feeder drum, each teeth of a slide fastener chain is uniformly and surely surface-treated.

As a conventional surface treatment device, for example, the Japanese Patent Publication No. 582576
This device is disclosed in Japanese Patent No. 0, and includes a pair of power supply drums and an electrode plate facing the outer periphery of each power supply drum in an electrolytic cell, and one surface of a slide fastener chain inserted from one side is connected to one power supply drum. By the way, the structure of the power supply drum described in the above-mentioned publication is processed by conveying the slide fastener chain in contact with the outer periphery of another power supply drum, and then sending the other side of the slide fastener chain in contact with the outer periphery of another power supply drum. The drum is provided with a conductive disk on the outer surface thereof, and titanium or titanium alloy powder is mixed therein as a means for imparting conductivity to the drum.

By the way, when performing electroplating, it is necessary to process at high current density. Therefore, in the power supply drum according to the above publication, it is necessary to increase the blending density of powder and granular material such as titanium, but the higher the density, the harder the elastomer becomes, and the slide fastener chain against the conductive elastomer layer. The problem was that the degree of contact between the metal teeth decreased and the surface treatment became uneven.

The present invention aims to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and provides a power supply drum that applies surface treatment to the connecting teeth of a slide fastener chain, which allows the connecting teeth of the slide fastener chain to reliably come into contact with each other, and can handle high current density. There is a particular thing.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The solution according to the present invention is a disk made of elastomer fixed to the outer periphery of the power supply shaft, in which countless metal wires or visible thin metal plates are connected to the power supply shaft. The conductors are buried in a radial pattern, and the tip of each conductor is bent either forward or backward with respect to the direction of rotation of the disk.
The gist is to form a power feeding surface with each end surface of the conductor exposed flush with the outer peripheral surface of the disk.

Still another solution is to wrap around the outer circumferential surface of a disc made of elastomer fixed to the outer periphery of the power supply shaft, and attach an organic material such as a flexible thin metal plate or a woven or non-woven fabric made of thin metal wire. The object is to attach a soft and flexible power supply surface formed of a continuous electrical conductor and in electrical communication with the power supply shaft.

Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, in the case where the power feeding surface is a conductor consisting of a wire or a conductive plate, each conductor is continuous with the power feeding shaft, so that each conductor is energized, and each tip is bent. This gives it soft elasticity, allowing the power feeding surface to adapt and reliably come into contact with the interlocking teeth of the slide fastener chain.

To specifically explain the power supply drum according to the present invention, the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 has a disk 2 formed of urethane resin, natural or synthetic rubber, or an elastomer foamed from these on the outer periphery of a power supply shaft 1. A conductor made of numerous metal wires is fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the disk 2 so as to surround the tooth guide groove 3 at the center in the width direction, and a conductor made of numerous metal wires is provided at the center of the disk 2 facing inward and in the middle direction. 4a is embedded, and each metal wire is connected to the power supply shaft ■
The tip of each gold R wire is bent either forward or backward with respect to the rotating direction of the disk 2, and each bent tip surface is flush with the bottom surface of the tooth guide groove 3. A power feeding surface 5 is formed by each exposed end surface of the metal wire. In FIG. 1, the internal conductor 4a is shown with a portion cut away, and the metal wires are shown roughly for convenience of illustration, but in reality they are more densely arranged. Further, the power feeding surface 5 is provided on the outer circumferential surface of the disc 2, although the aforementioned tooth guide groove 3 is not necessarily required and its case is not shown. Further, in the above example, the conductor 4a is buried inward of the disk 2, but the base of each metal wire may be made hollow, and only the bent portion may be filled with elastomer.

In the example shown in FIG. 3, the conductor 4b of the above-mentioned example is formed by stacking numerous flexible thin strip-shaped metal plates, each of which is connected to the aforementioned metal wire. Similarly, it is connected to the power feeding shaft 1 and extends radially, and its tip is bent, and the bent tip surface is exposed on the outer peripheral surface of the disk 2, and each of the tip surfaces forms a feeding surface 5. It is something. The thickness of the flexible thin metal plate is, for example, 0.03 to 0.05.

Next, in the example shown in FIG. 4, an elastomer disc 2 is fixed to the outer periphery of the power supply shaft 1 in the same way as on each side, and a tooth guide groove 3 is provided on the outer periphery of the disc 2. A conductor 4C made of a visible thin metal plate on the bottom of the tooth guide groove 3
are connected and attached in a ring shape, and this conductor 4C and the power supply shaft 1 are communicated through the disk 2 by a conductive wire (not shown). It is appropriate that the metal plate in this example has the same thickness as in the previous example.

In the example shown in FIG. 5, the conductor 4d is formed of a woven fabric with thin metal wires arranged in the warp and warp, instead of the thin metal plate of the previous example, and in the example shown in FIG. , the conductor 4e is formed of a non-woven fabric in which thin metal wires are entwined with each other in a felt-like manner, and the conductor 4d, 4 is made of these textiles or non-woven fabrics.
In e, the metal lines are organically continuous with each other. Note that the other structures are the same as in the previous example. Also, although it is common to each of the above-mentioned sides, the disc 2 is not provided with a tooth guide groove,
The power feeding surface may be directly provided on the outer circumferential surface of the disk 2, or a protruding strip may be formed at the position of the disk 2 where the power feeding surface is provided, and provided on the upper surface thereof.

A pair of power supply drums A and B having the above structure according to the present invention
are supported in parallel in parallel as shown in FIG.
A positive electrode 7 is provided facing the other side, and a negative electrode is connected to the power supply shaft 1.1 of each power supply drum A, B, and a slide fastener chain C having metal coupling teeth is connected thereto. By a plurality of guide rolls 8 to 11,
By first passing the power supply drum A in pressure contact with one side, and then passing it in pressure contact with the other side of another power supply drum B, surface treatment can be applied to both the front and back surfaces of the connecting teeth.
