力の変化に対応させにくい問題があつた。<Problems to be solved by conventional technology and invention> Conventionally, for example, when preparing a seed plate used as a cathode when electrolytically refining copper, a thin copper plate was electrodeposited on the mother plate, then the copper plate was peeled off from the mother plate, and a hanger was attached to the beam. It is installed and used. Therefore, in order to use a seed plate electrodeposited on a cathode mother plate as a cathode for electrorefining, it is necessary to peel it from the mother plate without bending or wrinkles as much as possible. If it is bent or damaged during peeling from the mother plate, it cannot be used as a seed plate in an electrolytic cell, so it must be separately removed from the line and treated so that it can be used. This seed plate is extremely thin, approximately 1 mm or less, and is electrodeposited on the inside of the insulating material provided in a frame shape around the edge of the base plate, so it is difficult to peel it off using a machine without damaging the base plate. For this reason, the seed plate was first peeled off at the corner using a wedge, and then the seed plate was peeled off from the base plate using a saw blade made of oak. This work is hard work and requires skill, making it difficult to adapt to changes in the processing capacity of the electrolytic plant.

The operation of this device will be explained with reference to FIG. 4. Before the base plate 6 is moved by the transfer device 1 to the separation position of the seed plate, the base plate 6 is at a stop position, as shown in the base plate 6 on the right side of the figure. upper corner 1 in front of the seed plate 10 in the direction of movement

Peel off the upper end of the base plate 6 over its entire length. The movement of the mother plate 6 by the transfer device 1 is stopped in a state where the upper edge of the seed plate 10 is separated from the mother plate 6 over its entire length. Next, the suction rotation device 19 is activated to hold the seed plate 10 with the suction cup 20, and then the drive device 17 is activated to lower the scraper 13 from the upper edge of the seed plate 10 to below the lower end of the mother plate 6 to remove the seed. The entire surface of the board 10 is peeled off from the base board 6. The seed plate 10 peeled off from the mother plate 6 is held by the suction cup 20 and rotated outward at 90°.
It is rotated down and placed into position. After the seed plate 10 is removed from both sides of the mother plate 6, the transfer device 1 moves the mother plate 6 to the next position, and the scraper 13 is returned to the raised position before the next mother plate 6 arrives. It's summery.

Since the seed plate 10 is fixed to a support 12 that slides along the base plate 1 and is driven by a single cylinder 17, when the seed plate 10 is peeled off with the scraper 13, the seed plate 10 may become uneven or the next mother plate may be scraped off. When the plate 6 enters, the tip part 15 swings horizontally, making it difficult to insert the mother plate 6 smoothly between the scrapers 13, requiring a worker to adjust the position each time, making automation difficult. It was hot.

る。 At one stop position of the mother board 6 moved by the transfer device 1, two pairs of guide posts 21 are arranged vertically facing each other on both sides of the path of the suspended mother board 6, and each guide post A scraper support device is formed by a bush 22 inserted through 21. A pair of horizontal scrapers 13 are fixed to a bush 22 near both ends thereof. Further, the distance between the two scrapers is slightly wider than the thickness of the base plate 6, and the length between the bushes is slightly longer than the horizontal length of the base plate 6. Next, the scraper drive device 35 simultaneously drives the support portion of the scraper by a combination of a gear and a chain connected to the motor 28, and a pair of horizontal drive shafts 23 are rotated near the lower end of the guide post 21. Two sets of chain foils 2 are freely arranged and provided near both ends of the chain foils 2.
4 and a chain foil 25 disposed near the upper end of the guide post 21, an endless chain 26 is attached, and a bush 22 is attached to a part of the chain. Furthermore, another chain wheel 27 is provided at one end of the drive shaft 23, and a chain 32 is connected to a chain wheel 31 coaxial with two gears 30 that mesh with a gear 29 of a motor 28 operated by electric or hydraulic power. are combined. Therefore, by rotating the motor 28 in forward and reverse directions, the scraper 13 rotates through the gears 29, 30, the chain wheel 31,
27, 24, guide post 2 via chain 26
It is possible to move up and down in the vertical direction along 1. As shown in FIG. 3, the scraper 13 is made of a material softer than metal, such as hard oak, and has a downwardly inclined blade surface 16 so that the thin seed plate 10 can be peeled off without damaging it. ing. Furthermore, the tip 15 can be replaced when worn. A pair of horizontal bar-shaped guides 33, which are slightly open in the front, are provided on the side where the mother plate 6 enters in front of the peeling device 2, and gently guide both sides of the upper end of the advancing mother plate 6. It is designed to be held and guided to the scraper 13.

る。<Effects of the invention> As explained above, in the device of this invention, the bushes near both ends of a pair of horizontal scrapers are inserted into two pairs of vertical guide posts, and both are driven to move up and down in synchronization. By providing the device, the swinging of the scraper is prevented, and the seed plate can be peeled off uniformly, thereby preventing damage to the seed plate and the mother plate. In addition, since a guide is provided in the front, the mother plate can smoothly enter the peeling device, eliminating the need for manual work and enabling automation. Furthermore, significant practical effects can be obtained by making improvements such as making the shape of the scraper and the tip part replaceable.
