The alarm telephone signal emitted from this monitored station is
A monitoring station provided at a service company that manages the building receives the information, and based on this reception, the monitoring station can know the building in which an abnormal situation has occurred and the type of abnormal situation. If the service company can respond to the abnormal situation with the services it can provide, the service company will immediately send a worker to the building to repair the abnormal situation.

However, there are many types of abnormal situations, such as elevator failures, air conditioner failures, fire outbreaks, and burglary break-ins, and multiple service companies are usually responsible for each abnormal situation. Therefore, when the aforementioned service company receives the alarm telephone signal on behalf of these multiple service companies, and an abnormal situation outside its own responsibility occurs, it immediately informs the service company in charge of repairing the abnormal situation. We were in touch.

In this case, communication methods were based on human operations such as telephone calls. As a result, there was a risk that notifications would be delayed or incomplete due to human manipulation. In building remote monitoring devices that require urgent response, such delayed or incomplete notifications due to human operations have been a major drawback.

Since the details of the abnormal situation and the building name are automatically reported to each dedicated monitoring station without any human intervention, the drawbacks of reporting delays and incomplete reporting can be improved. Reports are quickly made via telephone lines and prompt service action is taken. As the monitored stations 1a to 1n, conventional devices can be used as they are without modification. Even if a new monitoring station is created, the configuration of the monitored station does not need to be changed at all.
