[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The present invention provides two chambers each having an extrusion port in one container, and stores two types of containers that are mixed and used in the two chambers. It is a container that can accommodate two types of items that are filled and mixed together, and that after filling the container with the stored items through the open bottom opening of the container, the opening is crushed and welded to open the bottom. This invention relates to a synthetic resin tube container that forms a seal.

There are many cosmetics that are mixed with other cosmetics before use. These cosmetics were individually stored in a single container, and when used, they were measured and taken out into a special container, where they were mixed and consumed.
If cosmetics that are constantly mixed and used are stored and maintained in completely separate containers, each cosmetic will be handled separately, which may result in one being lost or the cosmetics being stolen from the individual containers. There are complaints that it is troublesome to take out the cosmetics, and storing each cosmetic in separate containers naturally means that the number of containers used increases, which increases the cost of the containers. I am dissatisfied. Therefore,
Two chambers with respective extrusion ports are provided in one container, and two types of items to be mixed and used are filled in the two chambers, and two types of items to be mixed and used are stored in one container. Various synthetic resin tube containers have been proposed.

According to this type, two storage chambers are formed in parallel in one tube container, so
In order to push out the stored items, the pressing force can be applied equally to the two storage chambers, thereby making it possible to push out the stored items from both storage chambers at a desired ratio with a single pressing operation, and This means that items that are mixed and used all the time can be stored and held together.

For this type of container, the bottom seal of the container is formed before filling the contents, and the contents are filled from the extrusion port, and the contents are filled from the open bottom opening of the container (storage chamber). After that, the opening is crushed and welded to form a bottom seal.

That is, as shown in FIG.
The inside of the body part 1, which is the main body part of the tube container, is divided into left and right parts by a compartment 2 that is integrated with the body part 1, and this divided compartment is divided into a head which is tightly welded and fixed to the upper end of the body part 1. It opens into an extrusion port 5 formed in the spout tube 4 of the section 3, and further welds and seals the lower end of the body section 1 in a flattened state to form a bottom seal 6.

On the other hand, each half-circumference width of the body 1 forming the two left and right chambers is naturally set larger than the width of the compartment 2, but this difference cannot be converged by the bottom seal 6. Another problem is that the bottom seal 6 has to be a stepped seal (three layers and four layers), which is unfavorable in terms of seal reliability.

In order to achieve the above object, the synthetic resin tube container of the present invention has two storage chambers each having an extrusion port in one container, and two types of plastic tubes that are mixed and used in the two storage chambers. Two types of items to be mixed and used can be stored in one container by filling the contents of the two storage chambers, and after filling the contents from the bottom openings of the two storage chambers in the open state, In synthetic resin tube containers that are crushed and welded to form a bottom seal, the barrel tube that forms the container body is integrated with the spout tube with extrusion ports on both sides of the partition wall that hangs down in the center. At the same time, the two tube tubes are inserted into the body tube and integrally connected to the lower end of the partition wall and the half periphery of the spout tube, respectively, and the bottom seal is attached to the body tube and the lower end opening of the tube tube. Both are crushed and welded together.

The part of the tube inside the body cylinder connected to the partition wall of the spout tube is not restricted as a container diameter regulating material, so when crushing to form a bottom seal, the bottom opening has an even thickness. It is possible to ensure that the bottom seal of the opening of the storage chamber does not have a stepped seal by being crushed.
