従来の技術 従来の高周波加熱装置は、一般的には加熱室を
構成した外に外装板や低板設けるものが大半であ
り、組立工数の削減、部品コスト低減にも限界が
あつた。それらを改善するものとして、加熱室の
横に電気部品収納室を設けるいわゆる横型と称す
るもので、加熱室が一枚構成であるものとして特
願昭59−105036号公報に示すものがあり、又加熱
室の下部に電気部品室を設けるいわゆる縦型と称
するもので特願昭59−119319号公報のものなどが
ある。前者の横型のものは加熱室が一枚構成であ
るが、従前の二重構造のものであつてもラツチユ
ニツトを電気部品室に設けるのは何ら通常の設計
の範ちゆうであり、又後者の縦型のものもラツチ
ユニツトを収納するスペースは充分あるのであ
る。

に設けると既に加熱室3内であり高周波にさらさ
れるところにラツチユニツトを設けることが出来
ないのは自明の理であり、高周波がラツチユニツ
ト内のスイツチを破壊したり、回路電線に高周波
がのり不要輻射を放射してテレビ、ラジオに雑音
を与えてしまつたりしてそれらの対策が大変複雑
で高価なものとなるという問題があつた。

けてある。従つて扉3が閉じると、スイツチ操作
部11は矢印A方向に動き、扉スイツチ10を押
し回路はONする。

させ、その前面に操作パネル4のユニツトをつけ
る。その後、電気室2の上に加熱室1をのせ、そ
れらをビス等で固着し、その前面開口部にドア3
をつけ、加熱室1の後方より、スイツチ操作部1
1を挿入し、貫通保持させ、扉スイツチ10を取
りつけた排気ガイド9を取りつければ製品の組立
が完了する。すなわち、組立ラインが各々ユニツ
ト化したものをアツセンブリするので、アツセン
ブリラインは短かくでき、かつ量産性に非常に優
れたものとなる。また、扉スイツチ10を加熱室
1内に設けていないので、高周波にさらされるこ
ともないので、扉スイツチ10が高周波で破損す
ることもなく、かく回路電線に高周波がのつかり
不要輻射となりテレビ、ラジオに妨害に与えるこ
ともないのである。

発明の効果 以上のように本発明の高周波加熱装置は加熱室

チを応動させるスイツチ操作部は加熱室を貫通さ
せて設けている。従つて高周波にさらされること
もないので、扉スイツチそのものの高周波による
破損もなく、扉スイツチより各回路へ接続してい
る回路電線へ高周波がのつかり不要輻射となりテ
レビやラジオへの妨害するということもないので
ある。また、加熱室の前面に扉、後面にスイツチ
を設けているので、扉の動きに非常に敏感に応動
し感度の良い扉スイツチとなり即断性がよいの
で、扉周囲よりの電波漏洩も非常にレベルの低い
状態で回路がOFFする事が出来るので、非常に
安全性の高い機器となる。又、排気ガイドをスイ
ツチ取付部及び、スイツチ取付部のカバーとして
いるので、コスト上昇も極めて少く止どめること
ができ、ドア、加熱室、電気室、排気ガイドユニ
ツトとしてのユニツト化の思想を生かしたままの
組立ができ、量産性の高い機器を提供できるので
ある。
