置の光学系において、 往復移動可能となつている移動枠体と、該移動
枠体に着脱自在に取り付けられた光学要素とより
成る光学走行体と、 該光学走行体と一方の端部で摺動自在に係合し
たガイドロツドと、 該ガイドロツドに平行に設けられるとともに、
前記光学走行体の他方の端部が摺動部材を介して
載せてあるガイドレールとを具備し、 前記複数の反射鏡が一方の端部において板バネ
を介して支持する第1取付部と、該第1取付部と
反対側で板バネを介して反射鏡を支持する第2取
付部とにより支持され、該第2取付部において反
射鏡の取り付け高さを反射鏡の上方より調整する
位置調整手段を複数の反射鏡の一つに設けてある
