Claims (1)
沿つて少なくとも一条の転送面を有する軌道台と
、この軌道台に沿つて往復移動する摺動台と、上
記摺動台側に保持されると共にこの摺動台と軌道
台との間に介装され、これら摺動台と軌道台との
間に作用する荷重を負荷しながら上記軌道台の転
走面上を転走する多数の転動体とを備えた直線摺
動用ベアリングの軌道台固定構造において、上記
軌道台の下部には機械本体側の取付用ベツドに形
成された取付面に接する取付底面を形成すると共
に、この下部左右両側面には上記取付底面に対し
て所定の角度θ1で傾斜した上向き傾斜面を有し
て左右両側方に突出する断面略々楔形状の固定部
を形成し、また、軌道台の左右両側長手方向に沿
つて上記各上向き傾斜面に接触する下向き傾斜面
を有する固定片を配設し、これら固定片を上記取
付用ベツドに上下方向位置調節可能に固定して軌
道台をその幅方向位置調節可能に固定することを
特徴とする直線摺動用ベアリングの軌道台固定構
造。 (2) 機械本体側の取付用ベツドに取付凹溝を形
成すると共にこの取付凹溝の底面に取付面を形成
