容位置によって送信権獲得に偏りがあるという問題点が
ある。

より前記送信権獲得失敗回数記録フィールドを参照し、
自ノードより送信権獲得失敗回数の多いノードが無いこ
とを確認して送信権を得る構成である。

いう効果が有る。
