Claims

[Claims for Utility Model Registration] 1. A central stranded wire member formed by twisting a plurality of high-tensile metal wires, bolt members fixed to both ends of the central stranded wire member, and a central stranded wire member surrounding the central stranded wire member. A connecting device for a floating structure, comprising a block made of an elastic body, and the bolt member fixed to the floating structure using a nut. 2.
