する抵抗とコンデンサとからなる時定数回路と、
前記トランジスタをオンする電圧レベルを決定す
るツエナーダイオードと、前記トランジスタに流
す電流を制限するコレクタ抵抗とから構成され、
さらにアラーム処理回路を設けて、前記サイリス
タと抵抗とからなる並列回路の両端電圧を監視す
