Claims (1)
- チヤンバの側壁に取付けられる複数個のヒータ
と、これらヒータに対応して配置される複数個の
温度検知器と、前記ヒータに流れる電流を測定す
る手段と、前記温度検知器の温度と前記ヒータの
電流値と相関があるか否かを判定する手段とを備
えることを特徴とする電気炉。
