Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the trouble of cracking or leakage of molten steel of an anchor tile due to thermal stress and facilitate the application of a lining by a method wherein an anchor brick is divided into a plurality of anchor tiles and holes are bored on each neighboring anchor tiles to connect the holes mutually through U-shape fittings while abutting sections of the holes and the anchor tiles between each other are connected with normal temperature adhesive agent. CONSTITUTION:An anchor metal 5 and an anchor tile connecting metal 6 are formed of a steel bar, for example, and a lining is constituted of a permanent lining layer 2 of 100 mm thick and an inner lining layer 3 of 130 mm thick. The outside anchor tile 7 and the inside anchor tile 8 are bonded mutually at the bonding end surfaces 9 thereof through two- part epoxy resin adhesive agent of normal temperature setting type mutually while the metal 5 and the connecting metals 6 are bonded to the metal inserting holes 10 of respective anchor tiles 7, 8 through the same adhesive agent. The outside anchor tile 7 is bonded to the inside anchor tile 8 strongly through the anchor tile connecting metal 6 and the bonding surfaces 9 of the anchor tiles whereby the anchor tiles 7, 8 can be fixed to a steel skin 1 by only inserting the anchor metal 5 into the anchor metal receiver 4 of the steel skin 1 and the application of lining castable can be effected very easily.

In order to eliminate the above drawback of ■,
In the publication, as shown in FIG. 3, the anchor brick for the monolithic refractory 21 is divided into an inner brick 14, a central brick 15, and an outer brick I6,
A connecting groove 17 is provided on the surface of the inner brick 14 where the inner brick 14 and the central brick 15 come into contact, and a connecting protrusion 18 that is inserted into the connecting groove 17 is provided on the surface of the central brick 15. A connecting groove 17a having the same shape as the connecting groove 17 of the inner brick 14 is provided on the surface of the central brick 15 where the central brick 15 and the outer brick 16 contact, and a connecting groove 17a having the same shape as the connecting groove 17 of the inner brick 14 is provided on the surface of the outer brick 16. A connecting protrusion 1 having the same shape as the connecting protrusion 18 of the central brick 15 inserted into the connecting groove 17a.
8a are respectively provided, and a brick fixing metal fitting insertion hole is provided in the surface of one example of the iron skin of the outer brick 16, into which a brick fixing metal fitting 19 fixed to the iron skin 1 is inserted and fixed to the iron skin l. 2
A connecting anchor brick for monolithic refractories has been proposed, which is characterized by being provided with 0.

■Connecting round part 17.17a and connecting protrusion 18.18a
There is an upper limit to the dimensional accuracy of refractory bricks, and in order to fit them together, the groove 17.17a must be made larger and the protrusion 18.18a smaller. Therefore, before constructing the monolithic refractories 21, it is recommended to fix them to the brick fixing metal fittings 22 of the vertical steel shell l via the brick fixing metal fittings 19, as shown by the solid line in FIG. Even so, there is a high risk that the inner brick 14 and the central brick 15 may fall off or the joint may crack.

Therefore, the technology of Utility Model Application Publication No. 52-437 is 1, for example,
Used for lining construction with plastic refractories, where the construction method is to build the side wall refractories from the bottom in the F direction, and after the connecting anchor bricks can be received by the side wall, the connecting anchor bricks are fixed to the steel shell. However, it is considered that it cannot be used for lining construction with cast monolithic refractories.

[Means for Solving the Problems J] The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems and employs the first technical means. In other words, the anchor brick was divided into multiple anchor tiles, each adjacent anchor tile was drilled, the holes were connected with a U-shaped metal fitting, and the holes and the abutting parts of the anchor tiles were bonded with room-temperature adhesive. This is an anchor brick for supporting fireproof lining, which is characterized by:
