As shown in Japanese Patent No. 225721, a dust collector using a filter made of a porous ceramic sintered body or a porous sintered metal in the shape of a cylinder with a bottom or a cylinder with both ends open has been proposed. In these dust collectors, a heat insulating material is attached to the inside of the clean gas discharge chamber, but no measures are taken to prevent dust generated from the heat insulating material from entering the clean gas.

For this reason, the above-mentioned conventional dust collector has a problem in that it cannot handle the high degree of cleaning required when a device such as a gas turbine is connected downstream. Although it is possible to prevent clean gas from being contaminated without using insulation, it is necessary to make the outlet shell itself heat resistant and have practical mechanical strength at high temperatures, and which is not intrusive to the internal fluid. There is a problem that it is necessary to use a material that cannot be used in the manufacturing process, making it expensive.

The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and is a dry type dust collector that has a structure in which high temperature dust-containing gas and collected clean gas are separated by a partition wall. The surface of the insulation material inside the shell on the gas outlet side is covered with an inner shell made of a material that is heat resistant and is not corroded by the internal gas, thereby preventing dust generated from the insulation material from getting mixed into the clean gas. The purpose is to provide a precision gas dust collector.

The high-temperature gas precision dust collector of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The device body 1 is lined with a heat insulating material 2 and includes a large number of porous ceramic sintered bodies or porous sintered metals. In a dry type dust collector in which a dust collection filter 3 with both ends open or one side bottomed is provided and high-temperature dust-containing gas is passed through the dust collection filter 3 to produce clean gas, the heat insulating material inside the equipment main body on the clean gas outlet side The two surfaces are coated with an internal shell 13 made of a material that is heat resistant and not eroded by internal gas. Examples of materials that are heat resistant and not corroded by internal gases include Incoloy 800, Inconel 600, Hastelloy X, and the aforementioned metals coated with ceramic.

In addition, as a dust collection filter, so-called granite filters are used, which are made by filling granular filter materials such as porous ceramic sintered bodies, porous sintered metals, sand, gravel, and ceramics between supports such as louvers, wire mesh, and punched metal. Yura filter etc. are used.
