信した時に入出庫指示を送信し、外部システムか
ら送信された入庫指示によつて各保管場所の状態
データに基づいて空の保管場所の中から保管しよ
うとする物品の保管場所を選択し、外部システム
が入出庫指示を作成するための各保管場所の状態
データを移載作業終了後に外部システムに送信す
