(Technical Field) The present invention relates to a decorative joint rod used in the construction of interior materials such as flooring materials. (Prior Art and Problems) Joint rods made of resin such as soft polyvinyl chloride (PVC) have been used for seaming joints of sheet flooring materials. By the way, in recent years, so-called inlaid flooring materials made of chips or pellets throughout the entire thickness have been widely used, but when installing sheet flooring materials that have the appearance of chips, it is difficult to seam the joints with a conventional plain welding rod. In particular, the joints stood out and made the interior or floor feel uncomfortable after construction, causing discomfort to the customer. Therefore, countermeasures were required to eliminate the above drawbacks. (Structure of the Invention) The present invention is an invention that solves the above-mentioned drawbacks, and provides a decorative joint bar characterized in that a granular pattern material that does not undergo heat deformation at the processing temperature of the binder is dispersed in a soft resin binder. This is the first invention. The description will be given below based on the drawings. FIG. 1 is an external view of the decorative joint rod of the present invention,
The soft resin binder 1 is the core of the joint bar.
PVC paste, latex, suspension, etc.
Alternatively, thermoplastic resin such as acrylic resin heated and gelled is preferable, and the joint rod itself is 3 to 5 mm.
A diameter of is desirable. In the present invention, "the pattern is not washed away" is defined as "the pattern material is not deformed by the heating temperature of the binder during the production of the decorative joint bar." That is, when manufacturing a decorative joint bar, at the temperature at which the binder is heated, the granular material forming the pattern material is neither deformed by shear force nor melted and flowed. The granular pattern materials 2 and 3 with a particle size of 5 to 50 mesh are mixed in the binder at a ratio of 20 to 80% of the volume of the joint bar, and the granular pattern of the pattern material is not substantially washed away. It retains a clear shape. on the other hand,
The binder can also form the main body of the joint. 4 is a decorative joint rod of the present invention. Moreover, the same pattern material 2' as the above-mentioned granular pattern materials 2 and 3,
3' may be exposed on the surface of the joint bar. Second
The figure shows an example of conventional construction of chip pattern flooring.
5' is a chip pattern sheet floor material, and 6 and 6' are chip patterns on the floor material. The conventionally known joint bar 7 is plain and has almost the same color as the base of the flooring materials 5, 5', but the chip patterns 6, 6' are cut off at the ends and left behind. The appearance of this cut end caused a sense of discomfort when seaming the joint bar 6, making the customer uncomfortable. FIG. 3 is a conceptual diagram of the construction of the decorative joint rod of the present invention, in which the decorative joint rod 4 is used to construct the small chip pattern sheet flooring materials 8, 8'. The flooring materials 8 and 8' are made of chip pattern materials 9 and 9', 10 and 10', and 11 and 11', respectively. The chips 9 and 9' are the same color as the binder 1, and the chips 10 and 10 are ′ is adjusted so that the pattern materials 2 and 2′ in FIG. After that, scrape off the surface of the welded joint with a cutter. As a result, as mentioned above,
Chips 9, 9' and binder 1, chips 10, 1
0' and the pattern material 2, and the chips 11, 11' and the pattern material 3 are mixedly integrated, so unlike the case in FIG. 2, the sense of discomfort between the chip pattern flooring material and the decorative joint bar is completely eliminated. The second invention of the present application is characterized by comprising a step of coating a colored granular pattern material with a binder resin, and a step of heating the coated pattern material aggregate at a low temperature and forming it into a rod shape or string shape. The gist is a method for manufacturing decorative joint rods. FIG. 4 is a sectional view of the material of the decorative joint bar of the present invention. 12 is a colored granular pattern material of the present invention, such as PVC, and has a particle size of 5 to 50 meshes. The colored granules themselves are preferably crosslinkable PVC, and the colored granules are preferably prepared by dry blending or the like from this crosslinkable PVC composition. In the present invention, "the pattern is not washed away" is defined as "the pattern material is not deformed by the heating temperature of the binder during the production of the decorative joint bar." Next, the surface of the granular material 12 is coated with a liquid resin layer 13.
Cover with The liquid resin in the present invention is the above-mentioned paste-like or latex-like resin.
This liquid resin is a binder resin in the decorative joint rod. It is desirable that the resin used for the binder resin has a softening temperature lower than that of the resin constituting the pattern material by, for example, having a lower degree of polymerization than the resin constituting the colored granules. Through this process, a decorative joint bar material (hereinafter simply referred to as material) 14 is obtained. A decorative joint bar is manufactured using the prepared materials according to the partially cut-out process diagram shown in FIG. The material 14, whose surface is still coated with liquid resin, is put into the hopper 15, and after being press-fitted into the mold with a plunger (piston) 16, it is heated and gelled at a low temperature of 80°C to 120°C in the heating section 17. The decorative joint rod 19 of the present invention is thus extruded into a rod or string shape by the plunger molding machine 18.
is obtained. In such a decorative joint bar, the liquid resin portion gels and serves as a soft binder to connect the pattern materials 12 well. Through the above steps, a soft decorative joint bar of the present invention is obtained. Note that the method for obtaining the decorative joint rod of the present invention is as follows:
In addition to using a plunger molding machine, the material 14 may also be molded by cold extrusion. It can also be obtained by filling a long and narrow mold and then heating and gelling it at a low temperature. By setting the softening temperature of the binder resin lower than the softening temperature of the granules, the decorative joint bar obtained in the present invention can prevent the shape of the pattern material from flowing and maintain its original shape. (Effect of the invention) The pattern material can be densely dispersed in the joint bar, resulting in a beautiful finish. The shape of the decorative joint bar pattern retains its original shape and does not flow, making it possible to integrate it with the chip pattern flooring. Furthermore, by preparing the joint bar in a color scheme that matches the color scheme of the chip pattern flooring in advance. , After joint construction, there will be no discomfort with the flooring material. A decorative joint bar whose pattern does not flow can be obtained by a simple manufacturing method. Since the liquid resin is gelled at a low temperature, it is possible to obtain a decorative joint bar that uses a soft resin as a binder and is easy to install. Example 1 PVC homopolymer resin with a polymerization degree of 1100 mixed with an appropriate filler, colored granules of multiple colors with a particle size of approximately 20 meshes.A paste with the following composition using vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer with a polymerization degree of 1200 was used as a pattern material. The coated pattern material:paste was fed into the hopper of a plunger molding machine in a weight ratio of 3:1.

[Table] Press the material into the mold with a plunger and heat it to 100℃.
The paste was gelled and extruded to a diameter of about 3 mm.
A string-like molded body was obtained. Using this string-shaped molded body as a decorative joint material, a chip-patterned flooring material whose widest area matched that of the above-mentioned paste and whose chips matched the color scheme of the other patterned materials was jointed. The resulting flooring material was harmonious and did not look out of place, and the construction efficiency was high. Example 2 Flooring joints were constructed in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the colored granular pattern material of Example 1 was formed from a crosslinkable PVC composition. It had a beautiful finish with no discomfort in the joints.
