る制御回路を具備するものにあつて、前記制御回
路には前記ホトカプラと前記サイリスタとの間に
ジヤンパ部を挿脱可能な構成とし、このジヤンパ
部を挿入すると前記半導体スイツチング素子がノ
ーマルオンタイプとなり、このジヤンパ部を挿入
しなければノーマルオフタイプとなることを特徴
