Abstract

PURPOSE:To certainly transfer a buckling paper and hence to enable the stable operation without any trouble secularly by separatively pushing a buckling paper at the position where the belt of a first transferably attracting roll is separated and transferred, and transferring the buckling paper to an attracting portion side of a second transferably attracting roll. CONSTITUTION:A belt 15 is inserted in an annular groove in at least a transfer region, and is engaged in such a manner as not to be interfered with the attraction of attracting portions 2 and 4 and the transfer of a buckling paper 10a. In the opposed positions of both rolls 1 and 3 where the attracting portion 4 of a second transferably attracting roll 3 exerts the attracting action to a buckling portion 4b, the belt 15 is separated from the first transferably attracting roll 1 and is moved toward the other running end. Accordingly, the belt 15 separatively pushes the buckling portion 10b of the buckling paper 10a from the attracting portion to the side of the second transferably attracting roll 3 immediately after being separated from the first transferably attracting roll 1, thus supporting the attraction by the attracting portion 4. Therefore, the buckling paper 10a is certainly transferred from first transferably attracting roll 1 to the second transferably attracting roll 2.

Prior Art While the first transfer suction roll rotates, the napkin is folded and cut, and is adsorbed to the second transfer suction roll and transferred to the same roll for the next process, for example, a stacking process. The problem is preventing transfer errors when the suction roll rotates at high speed. Conventionally, for example, a pushing away means such as a paper gripping claw is provided at the suction site of the first transfer suction roll, and the paper gripping pawl is opened and closed in a timely manner to push the waist origami away from the suction site of the 18th feed suction roll. Examples have been proposed in which it is pressed against the suction site side of the second transfer suction roll.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, since the above-mentioned filling means is timed by a peripheral cam or a return spring, the structure is not only complicated, but also causes wear of the cam, deterioration of the spring, etc. There are many mechanical instability factors, and transfer errors tend to occur, making it difficult to maintain stable operation over time and making it difficult to keep up with higher speeds. Also, the impact and noise generated when the pushing and releasing means is opened and closed also poses problems.

The belt 15 is attached to the first transfer suction roll 1 as described above.
to hang. The belt 15 uses, for example, a plurality of round belts each having a circular cross section. On the other hand, a plurality of annular grooves 14 are formed at intervals in the axial direction on the circumferential surface of the first transfer/adsorption roll 1, and one rotating end of the belt is fitted into the annular groove 14, and this is used as a guide. An adjustment roll 1 which is hung so as to shift and whose other rotating end is spaced apart from the first transfer adsorption roll l.
The belt 15 is suspended so as to run endlessly between both rolls 1 and 16, and one end of the belt 15 relative to the first transfer suction roll is moved along the circumferential surface of the roll in the waist origami transfer area. Multiply as follows. That is, in the illustrated example, the first transfer suction roll 1 and the cutter roll 5 have been in contact with each other since at least before the part where the first transfer suction roll 1 and the cutter roll 5 face each other (in other words, the folding part is the part where the plate 6 and the elastic material 13 face each other). The area up to the vicinity of the area where the second transfer suction roll 3 faces (in other words, the area where the suction part 2.4 faces) is defined as the waist origami transfer area, and the belt 15 is moved at least into the annular groove 14 in this transfer area. The adsorption action of the insertion suction part 2.4 and the transfer of the waist folded paper 10a are combined so as not to interfere with each other, and the suction part 4 of the second transfer suction roll 3 exerts an adsorption action on the waist folded part 10b. The first transfer adsorption roll 1 near the opposite part of the roll 1.3
The direction is moved away from and toward the other turning end. As a result, the belt 15 pushes away the folded part 10b of the waist origami 10a from the suction section 2 toward the second transfer and suction roll 3 side immediately after leaving the first transfer suction roll 1, complements the suction by the suction section 4, and To surely perform transfer from a transfer adsorption roll 1 to a second transfer adsorption roll 2.

Preferably, the belt 15 is arranged to slightly overlap the circumferential surface of the second transfer/adsorption roll 3 in a region W in front of the adsorption section 4 facing the adsorption section 2, thereby making the transfer more reliable. Therefore, the adjustment roll 16 is the first transfer adsorption roll 1
The roller 1 should not move in the circumferential direction of the roll 1 as indicated by the arrow in the figure, centering on the roll 1. By this movement, it is possible to adjust the position at which the belt 15 leaves the roll 1 or the size of the W to be applied to the roll 3 to be appropriate.
