Claims (1)
いに連結された内側円形側壁および外側円形側壁
と、これら両円形側壁間の底部に配設されるとと
もに円形状の移動経路に沿つて移動自在にされた
複数個のトラフと、これら各トラフ上に載置され
た高温粉粒体を、その載置面下方から供給された
冷却用空気により冷却する高温粉粒体の冷却装置
において、上記移動経路に沿つて上面が開口され
るとともに内部に空気通路が形成された固定側環
状エアーダクトを設け、この固定側環状エアーダ
クトの開口部を上方から覆う可動側環状エアーダ
クトを上記円形側壁側に取り付けるとともに、こ
れら両環状エアーダクトの側壁部同士を水封装置
によりシールを行い、上記各トラフ内に形成され
た通気室と上記可動側環状エアーダクトとを連通
させ、上記トラフの移動経路における粉粒体の供
給部および排出部に対応する固定側環状エアーダ
クト内に、可動側環状エアーダクト側に設けられ
た仕切り板とにより協働して空気通路を所定区間
に亘つて遮断するデツドプレートを設け、かつ上
記仕切り板側に、デツドプレートとの隙間を閉塞
し得る閉塞板体を揺動自在に保持したことを特徴
とする高温粉粒体の冷却装置。 2 同心状に配置されるとともに連結梁により互
いに連結された内側円形側壁および外側円形側壁
と、これら両円形側壁間の底部に配設されるとと
もに円形状の移動経路に沿つて移動自在にされた
複数個のトラフと、これら各トラフ上に載置され
た高温粉粒体を、その載置面下方から供給された
冷却用空気により冷却する高温粉粒体の冷却装置
において、上記移動経路に沿つて上面が開口され
るとともに内部に空気通路が形成された固定側環
状エアーダクトを設け、この固定側環状エアーダ
クトの開口部を上方から覆う可動側環状エアーダ
クトを上記円形側壁側に取り付けるとともに、こ
れら両環状エアーダクトの側壁部同士を水封装置
によりシールを行い、この水封装置の水封室を構
成する固定側環状エアーダクトにおける空気通路
側の側壁板上面にシールプレートを設けるととも
に、上記可動側環状エアーダクトの側壁部側に上
記シールプレートに摺接可能な閉塞板体を取付ピ
ンを介して揺動自在に保持し、かつ上記移動経路
の内、給排出部間におけるシールプレートの上面
部を他の箇所よりも上方に位置させて閉塞板体に
より水封室側との閉塞範囲を拡大させたことを特
