成しであるスライドファスナー用連続ファスナーニレメ

その形態を連続させたものであり、各前端の反転屈曲部
がそれぞれモノフィラメントを屈曲変形させて突出部5
と屈曲部8.9とを備える噛合頭部6に形成し、該噛合
頭部6の内側面と、これに連続する上下両脚部内面とに
より相手の噛合頭部6が嵌入する噛合頭部受入腔部7を

に近接もしくは当接した状態に対面させたもので、これ
によって噛合頭部6は、その噛合頭部の内側部を形成し
ている部分のモノフィラメントの肉が潰されて突出部5
側に押出された状態になり、噛合頭部の突出部5の形態
をなだらかな斜面をもつふっくらとした山形にして係合
面積を増大していると共に、突出部5が厚肉になって噛
