Claims (1)
とする自動練りロール装置。 (a) 対向する周面が所定の間隔を保持するよ
うに相互に平行に、且つ、回動可能に軸支された
2本の練りロール、 (b) 練りロールの下方に配置され、該ロール
の間隙から落下する材料を受けて該ロールの軸に
直交する方向へ搬送する無端環状の搬送手段、 (c) 搬送手段に張力を与えつつ、少なくとも
3箇所で支持する少なくとも3本の支持ロール、 (d) 練りロールの下面よりも低く、且つ、練
りロールの直下より後方寄りの所定位置を回動の
中心とする変位を成し得るようにして、後方端側
の支持ロールを支持する終端ロール支持手段、 (e) 所定の制御信号に応じて終端ロール支持
手段を駆動して、後方端側の支持ロールを上方へ
変位させることにより搬送手段の搬送面の一部を
練りロールに接触させ、若しくは搬送面の一部で
材料を練りロールに押付け、又は、後方端側の支
持ロールを下方へ変位させることにより搬送面の
全面を略水平にさせる終端ロール位置制御手段。 (2) 請求項1に於いて、 前記(d)終端ロール支持手段は、前記所定位置
に回動可能に軸支された回転軸と、該回転軸の両
端に一方の端部をそれぞれ固着された2本のロツ
ドから成り、該2本のロツドの他端に於いて、前
記後方端側支持ロールの回転軸を回動可能に軸支
