使用例を示す図である。 図において１は液化冷却剤、２は圧力容器、３
は圧力調整バルブ、４は冷媒流路、５は冷媒流路
入口、６は冷媒流路出口、７は温度センサ、８は
制御・駆動装置、９は発熱体、１０はポンプ、１
１はこの発明による冷却装置、１２は配管、１３
は容器、１４は空気入口、１５は空気出口である
。なお、図中同一符号は同一、又は相当部分を示
す。
２図はこの考案の使用例を示す図、第３図は従来
の冷却装置の構成図、第４図は従来の冷却装置の
使用例を示す図である。 図において１は液化冷却剤、２は圧力容器、３
は圧力調整バルブ、４は冷媒流路、５は冷媒流路
入口、６は冷媒流路出口、７は温度センサ、８は
制御・駆動装置、９は発熱体、１０はポンプ、１

Claims (1)
- 加圧することにより常温下で液化する冷却剤と
、これを充填した圧力容器と、この圧力容器の上
部に取付けられた圧力調整バルブと、冷却剤と混
ざることなく圧力容器内部に冷媒が流入、流出す
るように取付けられた冷媒流路と、冷媒流路の入
口に取付けられた温度センサと、温度センサから
の信号により圧力調整バルブの開閉を行う制御・
駆動装置からなる冷却装置。
