Structure of Conventional Example and Its Problems A conventional combustion appliance, for example, an oil fan heater, is surrounded by an exterior 1 and a bottom plate 2 as shown in FIG. 3, and is provided with a fixed oil tank 3 and a burner unit 4. Combustion gas A burned in the burner unit 4 above
A fan 6 attached to a blower motor 5 blows out warm air C from a louver 7 together with indoor air B, and the warm air C is used for indoor heating. Fig. 4 shows the equipment attached to the fixed tank 3 shown in Fig. 3. A movable tank 9 is installed above the oil filler port 8 of the fixed tank 3, and a float switch 10 for oil level detection and a burner unit are also installed. A pump 11 for supplying oil to 4 is also attached. FIG. 5 shows an example of a conventional control circuit, in which a power switch 13 is connected to the AC power source, and a control circuit 15 mainly consisting of a microcomputer (hereinafter referred to as microcomputer) 14 and a contact 16 are connected between both ends a and b of the power switch 13. A series circuit with the sheathed heater 17 for vaporizing kerosene in the burner unit 4, a contact point 18, a series parallel circuit of the blower motor 5 and the burner motor 19 for supplying combustion air into the burner unit 4, and a contact point. 20 and a series/parallel circuit of a pump 11 and an igniter 21 for igniting vaporized kerosene in the burner unit 4, respectively.
In addition to sensors such as the float switch 10, the control circuit 15 is also connected to a display panel 23 such as a light emitting diode 22 and a buzzer 24 that display the operating status and operation status of the circuit.

In such a configuration, by closing the operation switch 13, the control circuit 15 is activated by the microcomputer 14.
Accordingly, each contact point 16, 18, 20 is turned on to burn kerosene in the burner unit 4, and the third
Generate combustion gas A as shown in the figure. In addition, in FIG. 4, while oil remains in the movable tank 9, the oil level maintains the height A, but as the oil level in the fixed tank 3 gradually decreases, the float switch 1
When the float 25 at 0 falls to the OFF point B,
The signal enters the microcomputer 14 and the display panel 23
When the refueling lamp 22a inside is turned on, a buzzer 24 is set to sound because the driver may not be able to notice from the light alone. For this reason, when in use, a sound and a light are used to notify that the amount of oil in the fixed tank 3 is only a certain amount, for example, an amount sufficient for about one hour. At this point, the user considers whether to set a timer or use it a little longer before stopping. Note that when the time for combustion to stop after the alarm is issued by the fuel tank 22a is particularly long, for example, about one hour, it is easy to forget using only the lamp 22a, and the one hour may pass and the combustion will stop before you know it. Even in this case, the microcomputer 14 stops combustion after the float 25 issues an OFF signal when the oil level is at C in FIG. It's expensive. This is to prevent combustion from becoming unstable when the pump 11 runs out of oil and sucks in a mixture of oil and air, and unburned kerosene gets mixed into the combustion gas A indoors, causing a bad odor. There is. Furthermore, with fan heaters and the like, stopping combustion itself tends to cause a similar situation, so we try to avoid stopping combustion as much as possible.

In this way, in the past, it was easy to forget that a certain amount of time (for example, about an hour) had passed since the refueling lamp turned on and the buzzer sounded, or how long it had been, and the automatic It has the disadvantages that the burner burns out completely, it is difficult to know when to set the next timer, and even if the timer is set the timer burns for only a short time.

Figure 2a shows the operation of the conventional example when the float 25 is
After the OFF signal is issued, the refueling lamp 22a lights up, and at this time, the buzzer 24 only operates for a certain period of time (for example, 10 seconds (ON 0.5 seconds, OFF 0.5 seconds repeated)), and after 1 hour it automatically turns off. combustion will eventually stop. As a result, odors may occur as a result of extinguishing fires,
Even when I set the timer (good morning timer) to start tomorrow morning, the combustion stopped immediately, which became a drawback. On the other hand, FIG. 2B is an operation diagram of an embodiment of the present invention, and when the float 25 issues an OFF signal, the operations of the fuel tank 22a and the buzzer 24 are exactly the same as in the conventional case (see FIG. 2). 1st alarm point),
Ten minutes before combustion stops, the buzzer 24 operates again (for 10 seconds (0.5 seconds ON, 0.5 seconds OFF)) to indicate that the combustion is about to end.
Furthermore, the refueling lamp 22a changes from lighting to blinking at the same time as the buzzer 24 operates. Please note that the tone of the buzzer is changed from the first time and the tone is changed for 10 seconds (0.3 seconds).
It is also possible to turn it on (on and off for 0.3 seconds repeatedly) by programming the microcomputer 14a.

After such a second alarm such as a buzzer, the movable tank 9 is quickly removed, refueled, and then set on the fan heater again to secure the oil level A, so the float 25 rises and closes the contact. 25a is closed and the microcomputer 14 turns on the fuel lamp 2.
2a is turned off and combustion continues. The other operations of this circuit are the same as those of the conventional example, so a description thereof will be omitted.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the above embodiments, the present invention is effective when the refueling warning time is extended, and the warning is issued again between the time the refueling warning is issued and the combustion stops. Considering the purpose of use, it is enough to refuel, it can reliably notify that combustion is about to stop, and it can also be set correctly on a timer. Can be configured.
Furthermore, after the second buzzer sounds, the lamp flashes, so even if you miss the buzzer, you can see the flashing of this lamp and know that combustion is about to stop, making it easy to use.
