ネルギーに変換するコレクタ部とを含み、上記、
高周波回路部が高周波入出力部と、結合孔を持つ
空胴共振器列を含み、さらに空胴共振器列が高周
波減衰器を有する高周波回路分割部により複数個
に分割されている結合空胴型進行波管において、
上記高周波減衰器は、結合孔を有する円筒形空胴
と、この円筒形空胴の中に設けられた高周波電力
を吸収する誘電体を含み、該誘電体は結合孔側の
厚さが薄くなるように、その縦断面形状がテーパ
状の円筒形をしていることを特徴とする結合空胴
