Claims (1)
レートと可動ダイ・プレートの間に送り込み、ボ
ルトに加工製作させる送り板を備えてなるねじ転
造盤の為の送り込み装置に於いて、該送り板の移
動経路に対応した上方に、その中心通孔に素材を
流通させる導管を設け、該導管より吐出する素材
を上記送り板によつて、固定ダイ・プレートと可
動ダイ・プレートの間に送り込ませる構成とした
ことを特徴とするねじ転造盤に於ける素材送り込
み装置。 上記導管を、ねじ転造盤機台のブラケツトに
取付けたクリツプ手段の抱えリングで支持し、該
抱えリングで外壁に螺着された上下調整可能な弓
形状制御ばねの下端部で、該導管下端周壁のスロ
ツトを経て、その通孔内の素材を当接保持し、上
記送り板が既に吐出された素材を、固定ダイ・プ
レートと可動ダイ・プレートの間に送り込む際に
、該弓形板状制御ばねが前記送り板の動作に同期
動作する押しロツドにおされて、その当接力を緩
めて素材を釈放するように構成してなることを特
徴とする請求項1記載の素材送り込み装置。 上記押しロツドが、上記固定ダイ・プレート
の上に活動自在に設けられている連動杆により、
上記送り板と同期往復作動するように、該送り板
と平行してその上方に設けられ、そしてその他端
