Abstract

PURPOSE:To uniformly disperse the molding material to be sprayed on the whole range of a surface plate by providing both a first flight brush roll which scrapes and disperses the molding material on a supply conveyor and a guide plate to the terminal side of the supply conveyor and providing a second flight brush roll to the lower part of the guide plate. CONSTITUTION:The molding material is formed by mixing the ligneous material made to fine pieces and water with cement composition. The production line 10 of a rigid cement chip board is equipped with a spraying device 20 in order to spray this molding material on a surface plate 12 placed on a molding conveyor 11. The molding material supplied on a supply conveyor 22 is firstly scraped toward a guide plate 26 side by a first flight brush roll 25 and uniformly dispersed on the guide plate 26. The molding material dispersed on the guide plate 26 falls at uniform thickness along the guide plate 26.
