Claims (1)
- 探傷面に付着させるマグネツトと、溶接線と平
行で走査方向と直交する方向のＸ軸に設けたスラ
イドレールとスライダーと、溶接線と直交する方
向で走査方向のＹ軸に設けたスライドレールとス
ライダーと、さらに被探傷面と探傷子の超音波発
振面を密着させるために設けた首振り機構を有し
た探傷子保持具とを具備する超音波探傷治具にお
いて、Ｘ軸Ｙ軸のスライドレールとスライダー下
面に治具全体を補強して試験精度を向上させ取り
扱いを容易にするために設けた窓付きプレートと
、窓付きプレート下面に探傷部の走査方向と溶接
線方向の位置決め用の突起を少なくとも２個設け
たことを特徴とする軌条用超音波探傷治具。
