キン収容部を有する継手本体と、継手本体のパツ
キン収容部に収容されるリング状のパツキンと、
パツキンの外側端面に当接するリング状のリテー
ナと、内周面に喰込み歯を有する欠円形状の抜止
めリングと、リテーナを押圧することによりその
リテーナを介してパツキンを継手本体のパツキン
収容部の上記テーパ面に圧接される押輪と、を具
備し、 継手本体および押輪のそれぞれに締結具を用い
て締め付けられるフランジが設けられていると共
に、押輪に、抜止めリング収容部と抜止めリング
が軸方向に押圧されたときにその抜止めリングを
縮径させるテーパ面とが具備され、 抜止めリングはそれ自体の弾性により拡縮可能
であると共に、自然状態での内径が継手本体およ
び押輪に差し込まれる管の外径よりも小さくなさ
れ、かつ上記管に外嵌したときの外径が上記抜止
めリング収容部の周面内径より小さくなされてい
ることを特徴とする管継手。 ２ 抜止めリングの外周に押輪のテーパ面に対応
するテーパ面が具備され、その抜止めリングのテ
ーパ面の軸線に対する勾配が押輪のテーパ面の軸
