Claims (1)
備えた弁箱1と、弁箱1内へ配設した弁体2と、
弁箱1の上方開口に固設した中継管3と、中継管
3内へ挿入して弁体2に連結した中空状のステム
4と、弁箱1及び中継管3の外方に真空断熱空間
Gを形成する真空ジヤケツト5と、ステム4の上
端部を挿通せしめて真空ジヤケツト5に固定した
蓋体6とから成るバルブ本体Aと;弁箱1の流体
入口側と流体出口側へ夫々固設され、内管17と
外管18との間を弁箱1の真空断熱空間Gに連通
する断熱空間としたバイヨネツト型継手Bとより
形成した真空断熱形バルブにおいて、前記中継管
3とステム4間に流体の封止用部材7を介設する
と共に、真空ジヤケツト5にゲツターケース8を
設け、内蔵したゲツターの活性化により真空度を
保持するようにした真空断熱形バルブ。 (2) 封止用部材7を、ステム4に嵌合した半割
り型のデイスク体とした請求項1に記載の真空断
熱形バルブ。 (3) 封止用部材7を、連結管3とステム4へ夫

(5) The vacuum insulation type valve according to claim 1, wherein a heat insulation layer is provided on at least the inner wall surface of the vacuum insulation space G on the side that comes into contact with the fluid.
