Claims (1)
備えた弁箱１と、弁箱１内へ配設した弁体２と、
弁箱１の上方開口に固設した中継管３と、中継管
３内へ挿入して弁体２に連結した中空状のステム
４と、弁箱１及び中継管３の外方に真空断熱空間
Ｇを形成する真空ジヤケツト５と、ステム４の上
端部を挿通せしめて真空ジヤケツト５に固定した
蓋体６とから成るバルブ本体Ａと；弁箱１の流体
入口側と流体出口側へ夫々固設され、内管１７と
外管１８との間を弁箱１の真空断熱空間Ｇに連通
する断熱空間としたバイヨネツト型継手Ｂとより
形成した真空断熱形バルブにおいて、前記中継管
３とステム４間に流体の封止用部材７を介設する
と共に、真空ジヤケツト５にゲツターケース８を
設け、内蔵したゲツターの活性化により真空度を
保持するようにした真空断熱形バルブ。 (2) 封止用部材７を、ステム４に嵌合した半割
り型のデイスク体とした請求項１に記載の真空断
熱形バルブ。 (3) 封止用部材７を、連結管３とステム４へ夫
々端部を固着した円筒形のベローズとした請求項

(5) The vacuum insulation type valve according to claim 1, wherein a heat insulation layer is provided on at least the inner wall surface of the vacuum insulation space G on the side that comes into contact with the fluid.
