体４に向かつて突出する板体５よりなり、該板体
５の上下両面のうち何れか一面に、その自由端よ
り基部に向かうガイド部８とこれに直交する方向

が形成してあり、雌体４は雄体３が嵌まり込む嵌
合溝１３を備え、該雌体４の上下面の何れか一面
に錠体１５を、カバン口の側縁に沿う方向に摺動
可能に添設してあると共に、スプリング２０で前
記受け溝７における係止部９の屈折方向に附勢し
てあり、該錠体１５に、雌体４の嵌合溝１３内に
位置して雄体３の受け溝７内にスプリング２０に
抗して進入し且つスプリング２０の反発力で係止
部９内へ突入するラツチ１９を突設していること
