鉛缶外周を収縮緊縛する熱収縮性樹脂チユーブの
周端部で被覆し、またこれら封口ガスケツト並び
に熱収縮性樹脂チユーブ周端部の上に、その外周
鍔部にガス抜き用の孔または切欠きを形成した正
極端子板を載置し、更にこの外周鍔部上面に載せ
た絶縁ワツシヤーを外装缶のカール周端部で締付
