[Prior Art] A conventional telephone exchange connection system is shown in FIG. In Fig. 7, 1 and 2 are switchboards, 11 and 1
2... is an operator reception desk housed in the exchange 2, and 21, 22, . . . are a plurality of reception lines, and one-to-one correspondence with the reception desk is not necessary. 30 is PBX
At the reception desk, there are usually multiple connection lines 3 with a representative number.
It has 1,32... 41, 42, . . . are general subscribers that are individually connected to exchanges 1 and 2, and each has its own subscriber number. Now, when the subscriber 41 of the exchange 1 calls the operator desk housed in the exchange 2, he dials a special number (commonly called a special number), and the exchange 2 is activated via the multiple dedicated lines 5. and the reception desk 11 connected in parallel,
Since the call arrives at 12..., the operator accepts the call at one of them. Dedicated line 5/reception line 21, 2
2... Reception desks 11, 12... Although there is no particular relationship between the numbers, the central control device (not shown) of the exchange 2 displays, for example, a lamp on the reception desk each time there is an incoming call. Therefore, the operator responds sequentially. When the subscriber 41 calls the subscriber 42, the call is made via the public communication line 4, and if the line 4 is fully in use, the call is connected via the trunk exchange 3 using the detour line 6. .

[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In the conventional system shown in FIG. 7, a dedicated line 5 for the operator reception desk is provided separately from the public communication line 4, and each call volume (traffic volume) is Equipment costs were high because the number of lines needed to be installed was high. Furthermore, if there are so many connection requests that the dedicated line 5 becomes abnormally congested, calls cannot be received at the reception desk even if there is an empty line on the public communication line 4. Conversely, even if the public communication line 4 and detour line 6 are blocked and the dedicated line 5 is free, public communication calls cannot be transmitted.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention employs an interface that connects each reception line of the operator reception desks in parallel in an exchange equipped with a plurality of operator reception desks. Ace is connected to one multiplexed transmission line via the interface, and the transmission line is connected to a time division switch of the exchange, and the transmission line is connected to the transmission line in the same way as a general subscriber. A subscriber number is assigned to the exchange, and the control device of the exchange is provided with a determining means for determining whether the call is received from a general subscriber or the operator reception desk based on reception of the subscriber number, and when an incoming call is received at the exchange, the The determining means determines whether the incoming call is an incoming call to the operator reception desk or a subscriber, and when the incoming call is an incoming call to the operator reception desk, the incoming call is displayed on all of the plurality of operator reception desks via the transmission line. , connecting the incoming call to an operator reception desk that answered the incoming call.

[Operation] Since one subscriber number is assigned to the reception line of the reception desk, the subscriber can talk to any one of the reception desks by simply dialing one subscriber number. At that time, a public communication line is used to receive the call to the reception line. Furthermore, since connections can be made via detour lines, the reception desk is less likely to be busy.

[Embodiment] FIG. 1 shows the configuration of an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG.
It corresponds to the figure. In Fig. 1, 1 and 2 are exchanges, 3 is a relay exchange, 4 is a public communication line, 6 is a detour line, 11, 12... are operator reception desks, 2
0 is the interface and operator reception desk 11,1
2... are connected in parallel to each other, 21 is a reception line of a single reception desk which is time-division multiplexed, such as a PCM line, and 41, 42... are general subscribers. A subscriber number is assigned to the reception line 21 and is registered in the central controller memory of the exchange (not shown). General subscriber 41 to reception desk 1
When calling 1, 12, . . . , the subscriber number is the same as calling a general subscriber, so it reaches the exchange 2 via the public communication line 4. As will be described later, the exchange 2 processes incoming calls to general subscribers and incoming calls to the reception desk separately, and allows calls to be received at the reception desk. If the public communication line 4 is blocked, calls can be received at the exchange 2 via the relay exchange 3 using the detour line 6. FIG. 2 is a diagram showing the central processing unit and memory portion of the exchange 2 as part of the processing of the memory. That is, the received dial signal is temporarily stored in the number register 51, and then the accommodation position of the receiving terminal corresponding to the dialed number is extracted using the translation table TR52 in the memory. For example, if the upper two digits of the register number are "OX", it is considered a special number, and is processed as described below.
If it is "9X", it is a general subscriber, so the corresponding terminal accommodation position at that time is stored in the accommodation location register 53.
, and then check the class table TERM54 using that number. The terminal type, dial/push phone, level, etc. are stored in a predetermined location ST and are read out. FIG. 3 shows a flowchart of the operation of the central controller processor at this time. Step recognizes the incoming call and indexes the translation table TR. Steps are provided in consideration of the case where reception desk reception is configured to be used in combination with special number reception. If it is not a special number, proceed to step and index table TERM54,
Check the contents of "ST" in step. ST
If the initial value of ``1'' is set as ``1'', the reception desk receives a call, and ``0'' is set as ``0'', that the call is received by a general subscriber, and then the process proceeds to one of the steps. indicates that the call is received by a general subscriber, and indicates that the call is received by all reception desks, and a lamp is displayed on the terminal.
Note that if a special number is found in the step, the process proceeds immediately to the step. is placed in a waiting state (connected to a queue on a first-come, first-served basis) and returns a ring tone to the caller. Even if all reception desks are busy, the system remains in standby mode and sends an RBT (ring tone) to the caller. This is because operators are responding one after another, so even if all calls are busy, there is a high probability that the call will become available soon. The step indicates the step of monitoring the vehicle response and checking whether or not the vehicle has responded.
Proceed to , establish a path connection with one of the reception desks that responded, and make a call.

[Effects of the Invention] Thus, according to the present invention, when a subscriber makes an emergency call to call the police, etc., when making a call to the operator reception desk, when the subscriber sends out one subscriber number similar to that of a general subscriber, The signal can arrive at the reception desk via a public communication line, so if the line on the way is blocked, a detour line can be used. Therefore, the same call can be made even if the number of transmission lines to the operator reception desk is reduced compared to the conventional method, and there is no need to prepare a dedicated line as a transmission line, and the program for processing the translation table can be used as an exchange. As long as the amount increases, the equipment cost will be low.
