を、PNフオトダイオードと増幅用トランジスタ
とをワンチツプに集積化した高速受光素子を有す
るフオトカプラを用いて検出する出力電圧検出回
路と、前記電流検知器と前記出力電圧検出回路と
の出力に基いて前記電流のピーク値を一定に保つ
ようにスイツチング素子のスイツチング時間幅を
制御するピーク電流制御回路とを備えたことを特
