Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 長手方向に沿つて順次に形成された複数個
のプリズム部と該プリズム部に並行に形成された
平面部を備えたプリズムと、該プリズムの後方に
配設されていて且つ検出を行なうべき各検知領域
に対して互いにほぼ同一位置に焦点を有する二つ
の凹面鏡部を備えた反射ミラーと、上記プリズム
と反射ミラーとの間で上記焦点位置の近傍に配設
された一つの光学素子とから構成されており、上
記プリズムの各プリズム部が、互いに実質的に異
なるプリズム角度を有していることを特徴とする
、光学センサ。 (2) 前記光学素子が発光素子であることを特徴
とする、請求項１に記載の光学センサ。 (3) 前記光学素子が受光素子であることを特徴
とする、請求項１に記載の光学センサ。
