共に当該太管8に於ける複数個所の外周にゴム製
の短管状滑止部材10を嵌め被せた形式のものは
公知であつた。しかし、これは太管8に対して滑
止部材10を嵌め被せるには太管8の全長に亘つ
てゴム製チユーブを嵌め被せたのちに不必要部分
8′を切除する手段を採用していたので材料のム
ダがあつて不経済であるのみならずシヤフト5に
対する端蓋9,9′の止め作業、端蓋9,9′に対
する太管8の嵌止作業、太管8に対する滑止部材
10の被せ作業および不必要部分の切除作業は
夫々別々に行つていたので製品が微妙に不揃いで
安定性がなくまた不良製品が往々にできることが
あり、更に上記のように多くの作業が必要である
ので量産の高揚には不向さであり且つコストの低
減化にも限界がある等の欠陥を有していた。

インサート品として保持する保持部を備えた硬質
プラスチツク部分成形用射出成形装置(図示せ
ず)と、上記の中空円筒部4に於ける複数個所の
外周に移動不能に被着される短管状滑止部6のキ
ヤビテイを備えたゴム、軟質合成樹脂、発泡体等
の摩擦係数が大きく且つ僅かの弾性を備えた材料
部分成形用射出成形装置(図示せず)とを備えた
二色射出成形機(図示せず)を構成し、前者の射
出成形装置にシヤフト5を保持したのちに硬質プ
ラスチツクを流し込んでプラスチツク部分の成形
を完了すると共に当該プラスチツク部分に直かに
後者の射出成形装置によりゴム、軟質合成樹脂、
発泡体等の摩擦係数が大きく且つ僅かの弾性を備
えた材料の短管状滑止部6を成形するようにした
ものである。

個所の外周に移動不能に被着されたゴム、軟質合
成樹脂、発泡体等の摩擦係数が大きく且つ僅かの
弾性を備えた材料製の短管状滑止部とにより構成
された送りローラーの製造が可能であるのに対
し、従来のシヤフト5にアルミ製の太管8を一対
の円盤状端蓋9,9′を介して被せ固定すると共
に当該太管8に於ける複数個所の外周にゴム製の
短管状滑止部材10を嵌め被せた形式のものが第
1図に於て明らかであるように太管8内には閉塞
された中空部(軽量化のために必ず設けられてい
る)が存していて型抜に支障があるので本発明の
ような成形手段には不向であつた。つまり本発明
は量産の高揚およびコストの低減化に適する成形
手段で製造が可能である著効を有するものであ
る。また上記のように二色射出成形機を利用する
ので画一で安定性のある製品を材料のムダもなく
経済的に確実に生産できる優れた効果を奏するも
のである。更に従来のものはシヤフト5に於て端
蓋9,9′間に存する部分が空中に浮いた横架状
態であつて彎曲する虞れがあり送り作動中に送り
対象物から浮いて送り機能が不充分となることが
往々にあつたのに対し本発明による製品はボス機
能用内管部およびアーム機能用リブ部があつて強
度が充分であるので斯る送り機能が不充分となる
ような危惧が寸毫もないのみならず当該製品に於
ける中空円筒部はボス機能用内管部と機能用外管
部とアーム機能用リブ部とより形成されているの
で成形時にヒケマークが発生し難い形状であつて
好ましい等の効果を有するものである。

た二色射出成形機を構成し、前者の射出成形装置
にシヤフトを保持したのちに硬質プラスチツクを
流し込んでプラスチツク部分の成形を完了すると
共に当該プラスチツク部分が直かに後者の射出成
形装置によりゴム、軟質合成樹脂、発泡体等の摩
擦係数が大きく且つ僅かの弾性を備えた材料の短
管状滑止部を成形することを特徴とする薄物の送
りローラーの製法。
