部下端を回動可能に且つ開方向付勢状態で連結す

、上記キヤツプ本体２の頂壁６前部を下方に凹ま
せて形成した凹部８を設け、該凹部８内に後方へ
突出弯曲させた矩形板状の弾性板１５を収納する
とともに、該弾性板１５前面よりキヤツプ本体周
壁５前部に設けた透孔９を介して先端に塊状部１
７を設けた棒状突起１６を垂れ下がり可能に突出
させ、且つ、弾性板１５後面より係止突起１９を
突設してなる蓋係止部材４を設け、上記蓋体３頂
壁１２裏面より垂設したフツク２０を上記係止突
起１９に係止可能に構成してなることを特徴とす
