Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、傾斜地等の不整地の果樹等に薬液を
散布するための薬液散布装置に係るものである。
一般に、果樹等の葉の裏側にまで薬液を付着させ
るためには、霧化した薬液を送風に混入して空気
とともに噴出せしめると、薬液が微粒となつて空
気中に浮遊し広範囲に葉の裏側まで散布すること
ができるものである。しかるに、従来、柑橘類の
ごとく通常段々畑等の傾斜地に栽培される場合に
は、エンジン付の可搬式の液体ポンプを地上に設
置し、地上に置いた薬液タンクの薬液を圧送し、
長い薬液ホースの先端のノズルから霧化して散布
していた。薬液を圧送する薬液ホースは径が小さ
いので扱い易く、作業者は薬液ホース先端のノズ
ル部分を把持して薬液ホースの長さに応じた範囲
を移動して、その範囲内の果樹に散布していた。
この場合、薬液はノズルで直接霧化されて散布さ
れるので、粒子が大きく落下し易いので、葉の裏
側等の陰の部分にまで充分に散布することができ
なかつた。このため、薬液を送風機の送風中に霧
化、混入して散布すれば、薬液が微粒化して空気
中に浮遊し、しかも送風によつて葉の裏側等の陰
の部分にまで送られるが、この送風機の方式は送
風ホースが太く、取扱いが厄介で、傾斜地での作
業には適していなかつた。また背負式の薬液散布
機は送風中に薬液を混入するものがあるが、薬液
の量が少なく薬液の補充の頻度が多く、しかも薬
液の重量が他の部分に比して大きく、傾斜地の作
業に適していなかつた。
