おいて、開口部を有するハウジングと、上記開口
部近傍の周方向に複数個設けられた第一係合部と
、上記開口部に回動可能に連設された筒状のトル
ク調整筒と、このトルク調整筒に上記第一係合部
に係合可能に形成される第二係合部と、上記トル
ク調整筒の内周部に複数形成された軸方向に対し
て高さが異なるように傾斜する傾斜面と、この傾
斜面に支持されるトルク調整板と、上記クラツチ
機構とトルク調整板との間に介在せしめられた弾
性部材とを有し、上記トルク調整筒を上記ハウジ
ングに対して回動させてトルク調整板の傾斜面へ
の当接位置を変化させることにより上記弾性部材
の弾性力を調整することを特徴とするトルク調整
