囲のみを固着した弾性シートから成り、焼付けを
行うべき感光材料と原板フイルムとを載置する焼
付台と、透光板を有し前記焼付台に対して開閉自
在な上枠と、当該上枠と前記焼付台上の弾性シー
ト間に形成される露光室を排気する第１の排気手
段と、前記弾性シートとシート支持板間を排気す
る第２の排気手段と、前記透光板を通して露光室
を露光する光源とを具備する真空密着式焼付装置
において、 前記シート支持板表面を焼付けを行う感光材料
の有効焼付領域内外にわたる凹部と凸部により構
成するとともに、前記凹部における前記有効焼付
領域の中央部付近に、前記第２の排気手段に連通
する排気口を配設したことを特徴とする真空密着
